More than 20 years of practical experience

I studied at the University of Zurich and then worked at the Zurich District Court in various departments for several years. After qualifying as a lawyer I completed my basic training in various medium-sized law firms in Zurich, specialising in commercial law.

This was followed by several years working for a larger Swiss trust and consulting company. Then I couldn't resist the offer to work as general counsel for an internationally operating consulting boutique.

I was drawn back to the legal profession a few years later. I was given the opportunity to practise as an attorney at a leading Swiss employment law firm. Then in 2019, my dream of owning my own law firm came true. It is a pleasure to welcome you to my own office today!

In addition to my professional activities, I have always felt compelled to broaden and deepen my professional knowledge and skills.

• With the General Management course of further education at the University of Zurich (EMBA University of Zurich, EQUIS and AACSB accreditation), I learned about economic tools and the basics of modern business management. Apart from the knowledge acquired, I also consider interdisciplinary exchange with my fellow students and networking to be of enormous importance,
• Throughout professional career I have come to realise that good negotiation skills are often the key to success. Becoming a Certified Global Negotiator at the Executive School of Management, Technology and Law of the University of St. Gallen (CGN-HSG) has given me the tools I need to become a qualified individual negotiator. But you can also benefit from this.
• My main focus as an "employment lawyer" over the last few years has led me to consolidate and demonstrate my abilities with further training to become an SAV Employment Law Specialist. This allows me to provide you with efficient and high-quality advisory services even in complex legal matters.
